RECOMMEND visualises the “information unit” of digital recommendation systems through physical spheres placed in real space. Using the metaphor of sowing, growing and blooming, the project explores how algorithmic filtering shapes the spread of information and contributes to echo chambers, filter bubbles and information overload.

The work reflects on how Gen Z can help shape a healthier information environment.
