Despite its rich Minnan heritage and distinctive landmarks, Zhangzhou is often overshadowed by neighbouring Xiamen as a tourist destination. Developed in response to an open call from the Zhangzhou Tourism Bureau, JAUNT reimagines how the city’s cultural identity can connect with a wider audience.

The project transforms eight local landmarks into a flexible visual system, combining contemporary illustration, bold typography and digital travel experiences to make Zhangzhou’s heritage more accessible, memorable and engaging.
